Very bad service

Terrible service... First l get a notification for a parcel for wrong person wrong address... in Cape Town. I live in the Free State. Yesterday l get a notification its out on delivery. At 4.20pm l receive a notification the driver is 8 mins away. The tracking system does not work. At 6.30pm l call.. no parcel.. to be told its delivered They will email the driver who must collect it from wrong address and bring last night. It didn't happen. I called again to be told the same ****. This morning l call for third time.. same ****.. can't tell me anything new. I.ask to speak to the supervisor.. asked for my number and then cut off.
