Very Bad Service

My delivery has not happened. First day they got the address wrong. "could not be delivered today due to an address error" this SMS gets send after they phone me to confirm the address. 2nd Day on the website "track and trace" I can only see the package left the PTA premises 8:43. After 7 calls today trying to get an update of an eta.. Still no package. My last call at 16:00 the call centre confirmed again that they have no control and contact of their vehicles after they have gone out. I just need to wait.. Centurion is 15min max from Sylverton because there is no traffic. I find this very unprofessional and would like to bring this to managements attention as this leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.
