Very bad service

I bought something online that I got shipped by Dawn Wing Couriers. I paid for an overnight service. The parcel was picked up on Monday morning. I gave them the street adress, I even gave them the exact location by writing on what street corner the address is and that it is next to the Caltex filling station in that street. I even gave them the name of the office complex that is written big at the gate.<br> I followed the parcel tracking online the whole time on Tuesday. It showed on route. By later the afternoon it showed miss route and by that time the online status changed to overnight+1. On Wednesday I received a call that my address is not clear, because they do not have a company name to deliver at, which I really couldn't see a problem with, because if they got to the specified address with specified office park name, they would have spoken to the security guard at the gate who knows exactly who the person who's name on the parcel is.<br> So a very poor excuse, I didn't know that Dawn Wing Couriers only deliver to businesses and not civilians.<br> After many promise to deliver on Wednesday I only received my parcel late Thursday afternoon. So much for overnight service
