very bad

The service I have received from you guys is beyond ,apparently the delivery guy called me for my order but guess what I never got any call when I call your customer care they weren't every helpful you only send me an sms to say the was an admin error that's why my order wasn't delivered I have never used u guys before and u giving cotton on a bad name to be associated with *********** people
