Been on the line for 30 minute. While waiting I'm caller 13 and the estimated time to speak to a representative is 13minutes. Came to 2nd position to speak to a representative and it jumps back to caller number 7 and estimated waiting time 13minutes again.

What a usless courier service no wonder the 1.8 out of 10 rating
