Useless service from Dawn

They are absolutely useless I received SMS confirming delivery for the 4/08/2021 before 18:30 and guess what to date no delivery. I complained to a Manger Adele who confirmed this is pathetic and promised to get back to me. I received a call from Samantha jhb office confirming by delivery is out and it will be delivered before 4pm today and again nothing. Why are these people still in business
