Useless service

I ordered router from Afrihost. First day couldn't deliver thought I missed them. Second day again after I send a request for them to phone me no call. Third day the driver contacts me. He is in Waterkloof after I send a pin where we live in kameelfontein area he says can't deliver after he put in wrong address. Phoned and client service loaded req that must be delivered the day and manager to contact me and guess what nothing happened. Useless service call centre tried all he could but drivers and area manager obviously can't do anything.
