Useless service

I am honestly disappointed and disgusted with the service I received from Dawn wing, not only do their drivers lie but also their whole dispatch department.

I mean the driver **** and said he failed to contact me when it's been me calling their call center all day round trying to figure out if and when their driver was coming.

You call them they tell you they don't have direct contact with their drivers and that a mail has to be sent. Calling takes forever while being on hold.

I hate their service and considering canceling my orders ?? I mean for heavens sake their drivers can't even tell you were they are ??
