useless service

I placed an order on Gumtree. Excellent service.I have been promised on numerous occasions I would be receiving my package that day or the following. This was 26.01.15. John office was contacted and could not assist. I was advised on the 3rd attempt to contact Viola in CPT TODAY. WHO PRO MIKE SHE WOULD give me a response in two hours. I have heard nothing. I have called 5 or 6 times today and have been cut off every time. I need this phone for work. It has been two weeks. there service is shocking and they have made numerous mistakes or not followed through on there promise.
