Useless - Online retailers should switch

I don't know why online retailers continue to make use of this courier. The customer care agents are useless, the delivery link (which is supposed to allow you to reschedule/change address/initiate a please call me, etc.) is a great feature BUT HARDLY WORKS. 9/10 times they get the address wrong and blame it on the supplier even though the supplier is able to prove that the correct address was given to them.

If you have a complaint, make it known to the online retailer via complaints, surveys, etc. - the more complaints they get, the better the chance of them switching couriers.
