Useless *********** staff

I cant with this useless company any more. After my parcel was supposed to be delivered on Monday, I followed up on Wednesday to be told my address is incomplete. I gave my full address just to receive a message the evening that my parcel still cant be delivered as my address is incomplete. After yet today holding on for 20 mins i was told my address was never updated and no note. Yet again I updated it again to again now receive a ****** message that my address is incomplete. For pete sake please employ competent ****** staff. No one has got the ****** time and energy to deal with this ****!!!!
