USELESS!!!!

Dawn Wing is useless, Our business uses their services on numerous occasions they pick up the parcels two days after it is scheduled to be picked up, and now the parcel which is highly important documents, that was supposed to got to PTA has ended up in Durban, The waybill clearly states Pretoria.. I am so frustrated and we are moving to a other courier, we are done loosing money with this useless courier and the call centre agents are just as useless... I will never recommend Dawn Wing!!!!
