USELESS DAWN WING

Here we are AGAIN!!!!! With the most useless courier services!!!! Please please please, I advise ALL companies, DO NOT USE dawn wing!!!!! They claim I have received my parcel which I have NOT!!!

When I call the call center I am told EVERYTIME they will escalate the problem and they will call me back - I am STILL waiting!!! No one can locate my parcel!
