awesome and now all of the sudden

Your parcel has been received at a DPD Laser branch 2021-01-13 09:05

phoned them twice the first time lady said it will be delivered today that's before it got updated its been received by a laser branch must be in space as there is not location indicated

phoned second time to query that and get told it will be delivered on next Monday

how the hell do you operate like that or do you think this is the best service you can give first lie to me saying parcel is out on delivery then saying no will be monday only
