Useless courier company

Can I get my parcel delivered, as I've called and made arrangements for it to be delivered at my work address in Doornfontein. I called before the parcel got delivered, and your consultant put down the phone on my ear. I've put my frustrations on hello Peter and how useless your courier service is. I don't know why you still operating, as even your consultants are useless. I'm out of words. Gonna put my frustrations to cosmetic connection as well. As there are other better courier services out there like the courier guys, Go girl, largo, D2D, DHL. Companies that give outstanding service, not you that go for lunches and teas to work. You are pathetic as I'm at Doornfontein today and in Sandton tomorrow. It only takes illiterate people that work for a useless company to do such.
