Useless courier

Absolutely useless. They claim that I refused to accept a parcel and returned it to their warehouse, where it just sat - no one advised me until I queried it. When I asked when I could expect delivery by them, I was told that they could not tell me because otherwise they would be lying !!!! I still haven't received my parcel and it was supposed to be here on Friday last week - just plain useless, inefficient and rude. I will never have anything to do with them again !!! Totally unacceptable.
