Useless company

I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of service and communication, but more than that with the outright lies. I have been trying to get delivery of a parcel for over two weeks and keep being told "tomorrow"; finally yesterday morning I got an SMS that delivery was coming, and I spent the ENTIRE DAY waiting at home, even though I needed to go out, only for the Dawn Wing courier to LIE and say they couldn't deliver because I was not home. When I tried to call them I get pushed around and get rudeness - and eventually I lost my temper because I have phoned them more than 4 times now and NO ONE will do their jobs.
