Useless company

I've been trying to close my pre-paid account with dawn wing since June. Not only did it take asking them 3 times to assist with the procedure before they sent me the required documents I had to fill in, but since returning to them the filled in documents, they have completely ignored me and are still sitting with more than R1000 of my money. The reason I wanted to close my account is due to constant late deliveries and non existent customer service. Well... trying to close my account has just confirmed my thoughts on this useless company.
