Useless call centre and rude and ***********
I did an online booking - and when I phoned because I did not get the confirmation, (but the money went off my account, for emergency overnight) the line was dropped 5 times, because everybody is asking for the POP, and nobody knows about your online platform? Are you joking?
Why did it work a month ago and now not?
The consultants are EXTREMELY RUDE and NOT HELPFUL at all. I want to lodge a complaint that needs to be escalated- I took recordings, and I want you to listen how the people are speaking, and I want to forward the mails I received.
And now, the parcel has still not been picked up, and they do not want to give a refund?
I am extremely disappointed - the service I received is **********!

27 Jul 2021, 11:23My utmost appreciation to Simangele Mabhena, she took the EXTRA EXTRA MILE, in assisting me, and helping me sorting out the huge courier mess I had.
She did not give up, or dropped the line, or was so rude and unhelpful like the other staff - she took control and sorted out the problem, I cannot thank her enough.
You have a GEM in Simangele Mabhena (+27 (10) ***) any courier company will be lucky to have her on staff!!!
