Useless call center

My parcel was attempted to be delivered but I wasn't home. So called to arrange delivery the next day giving alternate number to call. They delivered the next day but didn't use the alternate number. I called the call center and was promised they redeliver the same day as the alternate number wasn't given to the driver. I waited all day and no delivery. Called again and was told sorry we will delivery tomorrow as no one informedthe driver. Ref ***
