Useless And ***********

What a useless lot. Will NEVER use you guys again. Got sent an sms today saying my parcel will be delivered before 5pm. Waited the whole day and nothing. Called the useless call center ( Consultants always have attitude) and told me my parcel is still at the warehouse.

Online it said out for delivery??? Where is my parcel?? I wasted a whole day waiting for nothing!! ******* company!!
