phoned to check where my parcel is spoke to a firstly unprofessional receptionist secondly waited for 5 minutes and guess what call gets cut once again another 5 minutes waiting get through to a lady who cant even speak proper english who advised me parcel was at johannesburg branch in isondo confirmed twice drove through about 50 minutes of traffic to get told sorry sir your parcel is still in pretoria.<br> <br> how do you employee people who cant even speak on the phone, the receptionists think they doing you a favour when you call in asking to be put through to some in the track and trace department.<br> <br> really one the worst courier companies ever no professionalism what so ever it definitely will be last time using them <br> <br> please do contact me if you have a query il make you hold for five to ten minutes and then cut the call ***
