Useless

I ordered clothing from Mr Price and 3days later Dawn Wing delivered my purchase of R1000 to the wrong address and another person signed for it and now it’s missing. Whenever you order from places like Takealot you have to show identification in order to receive your order. How can they have someone sign for such a big order and show no identification? Also HOW can you get the address wrong? And just btw the address is a house. Not a business park or complex. So there’s no way this is my mistake.
