This company does not even deserve a one star rating . They are beyond ***********. I called the call center to enquire about my parcel and the customer service rep spoke to was extremely rude, she asked me if I wanted her to attend to her query or chat to her( this is after she placed me on mute and I was trying to find out if she was still on the call ) she then proceeded to tell me that my parcels had been separated. I rightfully enquired as to how this could have happened and why I had not been informed and that is when she got even more aggressive with me, I got my partner on the phone with me as I felt that this was beyond me and I was feeling attacked ( I informed her I was getting him on the line) and that is when she dropped the line. I called again and requested to speak to a supervisor, the customer representative that was on the other line read back my request and she had said that I refused to speak to her! I am disturbed by my experience with your call center. The agents are unprofessional and need more training. The Sla for my delivery was three working days and after waiting five working days with a weekend in between I have finally received my parcel and no apology or call back from a supervisor. I would not use your service if you were the last delivery company on the planet! I am partly to blame because had I read any of your reviews on here or on google I would have know what I was getting my self into.
