Use ANY OTHER Courier company

Do yourself a favour and use literally any other delivery service- they just lie to you and give you endless excuses. I selected a 1 Business day delivery from CPT to JHB, then got told that there would be an extra 24hr delay on the delivery due to the Covid-19 regulations(which is understandable). It arrived in JHB on the second day, however they informed me that it had not gone out with the delivery trucks that day and that they would schedule it for delivery the next day(08 May 2020). After getting confirmation that it has been scheduled to go out on the 8th of May, when I phone to follow up - they then tell me it has been scheduled to go out on the 11th of May - that means I get my parcel almost an entire week later even though I have selected a 1 Business day delivery option.
