Urgent Stem Cell Donor Kit Still Not Collected – Completely Unacceptable Service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from DPD/Dawn Wing regarding a very important parcel that needs to be collected for DKMS Africa. This is not a typical delivery – it is a stem cell donor swab kit, and the delay is absolutely unacceptable.

My brother-in-law previously had his kit collected at the same address, and I was told someone would come back to collect mine shortly afterwards. I have phoned multiple times, followed up, and provided all the required details. Yet to date, nobody has arrived, and I have received no updates, no feedback, and no follow-through from your team.
