Upset customer

The couriers was supposed to drop my tv on Friday, then a guy Shabir called me to tell me that the driver already left so they will only be able to deliver on Saturday. I asked the time and he said between 11am and 12. I made sure to stay home to receive the tv. At 3pm I tried calling them to no avail. I'm so upset with their service!!! Don't recommend them at all!!!
