Unsuccessful delivery

I have called in 3 times today and I am extremely upset that the courier guy never called me when he was outside my house and I left a message with Bonita this morning asking please as I stay at the back to get the courier to call or even just give me a missed call when he is outside and I would call back. When I then saw an online update stating delivery failed I then called back this evening and spoke to Samantha Moodley she then advised the driver was outside and he took a picture. I am extremely upset as I am at home all day working from home and this driver Oscar Camphor never even bothered to sms me to alert he was in front. I do not want to wait till tomorrow even tho Samantha has assisted me so well on ***.
