Unsatisfying service

I was supposed to get a delivery yesterday just to find out today that I wasn’t at home, which is a complete lie and on top of it they apparently called which funny enough I didn’t receive any calls or missed calls, I phoned dawn wing Randburg today I spoke to a lady saying my parcel will be delivered today only to find out when I phoned again they apparently do not deliver on weekends and I have to wait until Monday. I am not impressed and infact very frustrated I pay for a service and receive poor customer service with no customer care whatsoever. I want to go pick up my parcel but I’m am being denied that opportunity which is ridiculous especially when the lady from randburg dawn wing said I could pick it up. I’ve got 3 different stories and I will NOT use this service again.
