Unsatisfactory Delivery from Dawn Wing

Good day

I placed the attached order from Game. The

On the 24 Dec 2021 at around 10.30am, I received a delivery from Dawn Wing. The delivery drivers details were as follows : Courier Company : DAWN WING Reg HP68CLGP Name : N Sewpersad

I specified that the delivery driver must contact us prior to delivery in order to receive a security pin, as we live in a secure estate.

The driver in question did not go to security for the pin, but merely arrived at my place advising that he was delivering in the estate for other houses.

When the driver arrived, he let out a loud hoot to announce his arrival.

I opened my front door, but kept the security gate locked, as it was raining and I was in the presence of my 2 year old son.

The driver didn't annouce himself, just unloaded the items and left them on the side of his vehicle in the rain. The driver did not follow covid protocols as he did not have a mask on nor did I see him sanitizing. He jumped into his vehicle and was attempting to leave. I called out at him, and asked him where he was going and asked him to leave the items on the patio, away from the rain. He aggressively told me to open the gate and do that myself. I responded assertively to him advising him that it was his job to do this. He became even more aggressive and started abusing me. He then threatened me by indicating that he knew where I lived..., and jumped into the vehicle and left.

I find this sort of behavior incredibly appaling and unsettling and require feedback and action in this regard.

Please could I have an urgent response.
