Unreliable, *********** couriers

This is my 6th time dealing with this company. the most unreliable courier company. Their vehicles either brake down or don't have the correct address. they do not call to assist us or find out more information, we have to call several times & are put on hold for 20mins. it takes 7 days to deliver our parcel if we are lucky . worst company to use as a courier services
