UNRELIABLE, *********** and not accountable

Friday morning (06/01/2023), received an sms to expect delivery, arranged to be at home to receive my delivery, the whole day there was not further update, later between 15:30 and 16:00 received an sms saying I must worry delivery will not take place today, it will be re-scheduled soon. Delivery guy apparently **** said he couldn't get hold of me. This is unacceptable, pathetic and lunatic. I will never use your services. Please deliver my fridge.
