Unreliable courier

Terrible experience using courier company Dawn Wing especially courier guy David! he collected 3 parcels from us without giving us the waybill and the parcels were never delivered - they got "lost". He has only been rude and given us attitude when we contact him trying to blame us for supplying him with the incorrect or incomplete information for delivery like the wrong address or wrong postal code, which couldnt be more untrue - he is not being truthful and this is very disappointing especially during this time.
