Unreliable and poor tracking

It is with the deepest regret that I share the poor service of Dawn Wing Couriers in the matter of an exchange for Makro Online. The main issue is around their inability to track trace and account for packages handled.

The online system on both the original and the new system do not work and their call center *** (after 15 minutes) on call 3, could only say we have the parcel we don't know where or in which of our facilities but we had it... or was that collected... These are answers you get from a courier????

They cannot be trusted with valuable cargo and should not be working with anything until they are able to provide proper service and information.

Rather use DHL, The Courier Guy even Paxi is more reliable.
