Unprofessionalism and Rude!

I have a parcel that has been stuck with Dawn wing for more than 5 days now. I called yesterday to find out what the hold up is I was told that the address was wrong, which isn’t wrong and they will deliver cause the driver couldn’t bring it! But why didn’t they call me??? I called the customer service and Now the consultant doesn’t even know where my parcel is and promised to call me back which hasn’t happened! Dawn Wing what happened to my parcel????
