Unprofessional dishonest service

I’m moving so was trying to follow up on my delivery of luggage. I’ve been calling for 2 whole days. Yesterday I was promised delivery today. Today I was promised delivery by 9:30pm. I have repeatedly called the call centre. Spoke to Sibusiso and Moses repeatedly. I don’t understand why they lie and make you wait with specified delivery times etc. Rather say I’ll deliver to another address or just make other suitable arrangements. Everytime they promise to call back but there is no feedback or communication whatsoever. Last week they just left my package with a security guard. What if I never received it? No sms progress. Just nothing. And most of the time the phones don’t work either. I will request my suppliers to use a different courier service or lose my business. Totally appalled at the awful service received.
