Unprofessional

I waited for my delivery since the 28th September. I called in on the 30th checking o. The details they have because it said incorrect address. I updated my details and only received my delivery today 6 October. No one even had the decency to call me, to tell me my delivery is here. The security tells me that the delivery guy told him that I said forbhim to leave it there. I went in and out unaware that it has arrived. Until security made me aware of what happened. Unprofessional!!
