Unmanned callline

Delivery was late (apparently there was a strike) but the real issue is that there was no one manning their phone line! I was on the call for over an hour and while the automated voice starts by saying you are caller 73 by the time you get to caller 1 you get bumped to the back of the queue. This is just shockingly unprofessional and honestly a bit offensive. I will never use dawnwing in my personal capacity.
