unhappy

i write this with disappointment, i had ordered somethings from faithful to nature on 20/08/2020, my parcel was ready fro delivery from 24/08/2020 but till today i have not received any communication from dawn wing as they usually do when they are going to deliver, I sent an email on 25/08/2020 to enquire about my parcel and they send an sms to say parcel delivered, so what i would like to know who they delivered it to?
