Undelivered parcel

Unprofessional and inconsiderate courier company that does not meet the needs and wants of consumers. I have a parcel from Swiitch beauty that still has not been delivered up to this date, and it has been over a week now. One of the company’s consultants contacted me on Friday the 29th of November telling me that my parcel will get delivered on Monday the 2nd of November, I then told the consultant that can the delivery kindly be made on Tuesday as I will not be available as I had a funeral to attend to, the consultant agreed and said he will let his delivery team aware of this. On Saturday the 30th of November I noticed there was a delivery attempt, firstly how does this transpire when I clearly stated that I will not be around? On Tuesday, I then decide to call dawn wing to find out whether my parcel is out for delivery, as Tuesday was the agreed date. I was then told that my parcel was sent back to swiitch beauty, how does this occur without my knowledge. How is a parcel sent back due to an unauthorized delivery attempt as I clearly stated that can the parcel be delivered on Tuesday?

I am greatly disappointed with the manner my situation was handled as till now my parcel has not been delivered to me yet. How long should one wait for a parcel to be delivered? I really wonder how the internal communication of the organization works.
