undelivered by Dawn wing

I'm writing this review due to a very disappointing service from Dawn wing. I ordered a product from Nuskin and it was suppose to be delivered by dawn wing. I received an sms on thursday 30th August stating that i should expect the delivery on that day. I waited the whole day and no parcel delivered. I sent them an email stating i haven't received my parcel. they called me the following day and the 1sr agent was Tshepiso and she told me that the driver came and didnt find anyone home so my parcel wil be delivered on monday. I wasn't happy about it and she transferred me to the lady in charge of the Nuskin deliveries( forgot her name) she flatly refuse to deliver on friday, she said i will have to wait for it on monday. my point was I was home the whole day on Thursday and no one came to deliver and the driver didn't call me to tell me he's outside my house. I requested proof that Sam Hlatshwayo di come to deliver. This lady wasnt helpful at all, i had to wait 2 more days for a delivery went wrong and it wasn't even my fault. She said she will investigate and find out from Sam what happened and get proof as they take pictures when they don't find anyone at the said address but she never called back to resolve this matter. 1st time dealing with dawn wing and hopefully the last as their customer service is bad.
