Undeliverable Promises

Worst courier service experience ever! No phone call to confirm that my address is not correct, as this was correctly filled in from the vendor of my purchase that signed the parcel for overnight express, yet it is now day 3, and still no parcel. Only to show on the tracking portal expected delivery date the 7th, here we are on the 8th and still no parcel, just to phone today to confirm the address twice as the 1st person did not update the details correctly, yet promised delivery for today the 8th, to phone again and advise the address and that it can only be delivered tomorrow. I understand holidays in between etc, but goodness a phone call to a customer is equaled to customer service, that clearly is not in your business environment and this also gives the vendor a red face as they rely on you as their courier to their customer which they try to give the best online shopping experience!
