Unbelievably ***********

I ordered a parcel from the UK. According to the tracking detail it took two days to get from the sender to OR Tambo International. It then takes Dawn Wing three business days just to get an invoice to me so they can get the parcel released from customs? And then they charge an outrageous R360 on top of the customs fee for customs clearance. This is a 37 GBP electronic device, not a container of shoes! How come other companies are cheap and quick?
