Unacceptable voucher service

A package was lodged with Dawn Wing on Monday 19 December with the delivery date to be no later than 21 December. I still have not received the package (it is 23 Dec). After sending emails and phoning their support line ( which I held for 48 minutes three times), I have still not been contacted by them.

I would most definitely NOT recommend this poorly managed courier company.
