Unacceptable

Such bad *****. They will send out a message to say order out for delivery today and then just before you know it, you track your order only to find the status saying, "Delivery failed, customer could not be reached". At this point you have not received any call from them. I hate that you make yourself available for this deliveries only for them to take it so simple. Maybe all shops must use Takealot delivery system and everything would be better.
