Unacceptable

So far not very happy with their service. Ordered a parcel more than a week ago and still nothing.

Unlike other courier companies, they couldn't care to pick up the phone and call. Different reasons in their tracking for not delivering as well. I had to call them and find out what the delay was and was promised it'll be delivered today. Let's wait and see...
