Unable to make a simple delivery
<p>These people have been unable to deliver a Zando parcel and keep phoning to confirm an address that is axactly as it has been on the Zando website and has been my address for 15 years. They keep smsing to say parcel is being delivered then it doesnt arrive. Useless. ***********.</p>

So they phone me and email me yet again. Once again they confirm my address and promise delivery by 17h00 and the package has still not arrived. I would give zero stars if it was an option. Pathetic service. They cannot explain how they got the wrong suburb in the first place.
