Unable to deliver due to area code (But successfully delivered to same address in the past...)

Uhm not sure what to make of this

1) Got an SMS stating that someone is on the way with my Parcel 2) Waited for the Delivery... 3) Hour later I log on to the site to check tracking : 4) We were unable to successfully complete the delivery of your parcel due to area code

What a joke, they deliver here in the past but for some reason they can't because of an area code.... do they not have GPS to navigate? We are in 2020 for crying out loud.

I guess I knew this was gonna happen when I got presented with unsecure cert alerts on their site dating 2013.....
