Ultimate cheapskates and ******* company

Absolutely ******* company run my the ultimate cheapskates. Ordered some supplements from Cape town to Durban and they were promptly dispatched but since being handed over to dawnwing , things have just gone downhill. Their first attempt to deliver, they didn't call but rather told someone to call me once they reached they gate.. mind you this is a over 40 unit complex so there is no way we know each other. The next day they claim to have attempted to deliver was the 20th, which is absolute *** cause I work from home and would have gone to collect if they called. The package was then returned to sender in Capetown because we supposedly gave the wrong address and had to give a new address. We gave the exact same address again because it's correct and they claim they tried again today which is the 30th but the address was incorrect.. how cheap do you have to be as a company to not afford you drivers airtime to call people because that's clearly the problem here... I've even requested a please call or sms if I'm asking for a lot with the call. Oh and their contact numbers , both the Durban branch one and the national one do not work... Don't even bother with those
