Tracking confusing

Good day, I would just like to know if the package with waybill#EFC ********** will be delivered today or tomorrow? I have been waiting for the package since Monday. The online tracking tool is confusing as it says that "Dawn Wing will contact you", the contact person for delivery is Judy Meyer on ********** 546, however no one has contacted her and it now shows "Scanned into cage", what does that mean?

Please could you provide clarity on the whereabouts of the package.
